US-based. We print domestically, so your order isn't routed through three undocumented servers before it reaches you. International customers get routed to our closest print node — we've got partners distributed globally, so your package arrives in days, not after a timeout error.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We don't gate international customers behind a paywall or a confusing if/else chain of regional restrictions — if you have an address, we can ship to it. Rates vary by location, so check the shipping policy for the specifics. We've done the routing logic so you don't have to.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number — so you can watch your package move across the map in real time instead of just staring at your inbox and refreshing like it's a build pipeline with no logs.
What materials are your products made of?
